Content Lead - AI Growth (New York)

Terminal X is looking for a creative, scrappy marketer to lead our brand and content as we expand from serving hedge funds and private equity to reaching individual investors.
- What you'll do: Build Terminal X's brand from the ground up - creating scroll-stopping content, running multi-channel campaigns, and turning complex AI/fintech concepts into stories that resonate. You'll own everything from TikTok videos and launch campaigns to email sequences and paid ads. This isn't a "post-and-pray" role. You'll have real creative freedom, direct access to founders, and budget to experiment across channels. Your work will define how the world sees Terminal X as we scale from B2B to consumer.

Content Lead @ AI Growth Team
You'll own Terminal X's brand voice, content strategy, and growth campaigns. This means:
Content Creation & Production
- Produce high-quality short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter)
- Edit launch videos, product demos, and brand storytelling content
- Write compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social posts
- Design campaign assets or work with freelance designers to bring ideas to life
Multi-Channel Campaigns
- Run social media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit, etc.)
- Build and optimize email marketing campaigns for launches, nurture sequences, and retention
- Experiment with emerging channels and unconventional tactics (think: subway ads, podcast sponsorships, influencer partnerships)
- Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data
Brand & Strategy
- Define Terminal X's consumer brand identity and messaging
- Create content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Develop SEO-optimized content to increase organic visibility
- Build and manage relationships with content creators, freelancers, and agencies as needed
Who You Are
Required:
- Recent grad (0-3 years) or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of running campaigns - ideally you've already launched something (side hustle, creator account, campus campaigns, internships)
- Hands-on experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating short-form content, campaign work, or brand projects
- Strong copywriting skills - you can explain complex topics simply and compellingly
- Proficiency with marketing tools: social media platforms, basic ad managers, email marketing tools, analytics
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization
Bonus Points:
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B-to-consumer transitions
- Prior experience managing small budgets and reporting on ROI/CAC
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation
- Active presence on social media with demonstrated audience engagement
- Basic design skills (Figma, Canva) or motion graphics experience
- Experience with growth hacking, performance marketing, or conversion optimization

Compensation & Logistics
- $80k-$100k + performance based cash bonus
